Relief Security Duty Manager
Salary: £14.75ph per hour
Location: City of London

Shift pattern: Guaranteed 42 hours per week. Your role will cover days, nights and weekends. 12-hour shifts.

If you are an ambitious security professional looking to develop your career, then we are keen to hear from you. This role will see you providing out of hours support to security teams across Central London and the City. You will undertake site visits and welfare checks to ensure a first-class service is being delivered to the customer whilst positively engaging security teams.

You must hold an SIA DS license and a full driving license. You should also have flexibility to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends.

When you are not undertaking the Duty Manager role you will pick up Security Officer shifts across several corporate sites in London.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Experience in the security sector
• SIA DS license holder
• A full driving license
• Happy working a mix of days, nights and every weekend.
• Comfortable using a company car to drive between sites.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking regular visits to sites to conduct welfare checks
• Conduct site specific training of new staff
• Positively engage security teams at client sites
• Undertake site audits and compliance checks
• Assist with staff queries relating to pay, holiday etc.
• Deliver uniform to sites
• Scheduling and organising the staff rota
• Undertake SIA license checks
• Safeguarding of client’s assets to include people, buildings and information
• Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions
• Assist with Staff inductions
