Salary: Up to £60,000 base + Uncapped Commission Plan
Location: Remote (UK-wide)

What You’ll Bring

 

  • A proven track record in solution sales within the UK electronic security market (CCTV, video surveillance, access control, etc.)
  • Strong existing relationships with top-tier security systems integrators
  • A consultative, strategic approach to business development and account management
  • Deep understanding of IP video surveillance, security systems integration, and customer-centric sales cycles
  • Ability to drive results in a target-driven environment

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Grow and manage national accounts – build strategic partnerships with major security systems integrators and installers across the UK
  • Drive demand generation – influence key end users and drive specification and adoption of our solutions
  • Channel development – nurture and expand relationships across distributors and channel partners
  • Strategic sales planning – develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key vertical markets
  • Achieve revenue targets – take ownership of your sales goals and deliver consistent performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to support client needs
  • Client engagement – conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
