Regional Sales Manager (CCTV)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + commission plan
Location: Remote – applicants should be based in Wales or the south west England region.

We have an opportunity with a growing CCTV manufacturer to develop business across security systems integrators in the south west/Wales region. This role offers tremendous earning potential and long-term career development opportunities globally.
If you have a strong network across security systems integrators and are based in the Wales / south west of England region (Bristol, Bath etc.) then this could be the role for you.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record of B2B sales success within the UK security systems market (CCTV, video surveillance, access control, etc.)
- An established network of relationships with security systems integrators across Wales and the South West
- A consultative approach to sales with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Strong knowledge of video surveillance technologies and systems integration
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused
- Must hold a valid UK driving license
- Based in the Wales/South West region
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and grow key relationships with systems integrators, installers, and channel partners
- Drive demand generation and solution sales to end users in your region
- Implement targeted sales strategies to increase market penetration across key verticals
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex solutions
- Meet and exceed annual revenue targets
- Conduct regular client meetings to uncover challenges, opportunities, and future growth areas
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements
- Provide valuable market insight to help shape future product and sales strategies
