Location: As a guide applicants should be based in/near the Midlands.
Basic Salary: Negotiable depending on track record (plus Car Allowance, Commission)

A growing and ambitious provider of security services is looking to appoint a business development professional with a proven track record of revenue generation to join their team. There is tremendous scope for career progression to Sales Director level alongside an uncapped commission plan and the potential to earn equity in the business as they continue on their strategy for long term growth.
Applicants must have experience of developing profitable new business within the UK security sector (guarding, keyholding, remote monitoring, event security etc).
Responsibilities:
- The development of business across the security sector (services include guarding, keyholding, remote monitoring, event security)
- Develop profitable new business.
- Communication with existing and potential customers
- Completion of bids, PQQ’s, RFI’s etc.
- Effective networking with potential customers
- Timely and accurate completion of tender questionnaires.
- Effective maintenance of Company sales database.
- Completion of accurate weekly sales activity reports
