Compliance Administrator

Location: Belfast, BT1 (Hybrid working, typically 2/3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £19, 371

 

This role involves supporting the administration and monitoring of all Quality processes in a busy office environment. You will work with a dedicated Audit team to ensure effective delivery of service levels and Quality Management Systems, and to carry out effective auditing/monitoring activities across the operations.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • To assist the implementation of the Audit & Compliance strategy within the business, as part of the overall Business Assurance Team.
  • Developing and documenting quality assurance standards.
  • Analyse quality through regular auditing and trend analysis reporting/logging, to identify operational non-conformities, and to recommend solutions to improve quality within the business.
  • Monitor Line Manager Compliance activity within the business, including application of Corrective & Preventative Action against staff errors.
  • Assist communication of quality-related issues and concerns to teams
  • Monitor operational processes for compliance to the organisation’s defined process set.
  • Recognizing and identifying areas where policies and procedures need to be changed or developed

  • Excellent organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage a complex workload within agreed timescales whilst maintaining accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
