Corporate Security Officer (NIGHTS)
Location: City of London
Rate: £15.25 per hour (circa £31k – £32k)
Shift pattern: PERM NIGHT SHIFTS. 4 on / 4 off (1900-0700)

Do you have 5 STAR customer service skills? Would you like to work in the security team at a high-profile corporate location in the City of London?

Applicants should hold a SIA license, have excellent customer service and communication skills. The role will see you working 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

The role will see you undertake front of house duties alongside reception/switchboard responsibilities. We would welcome applications from candidates with experience working in luxury retail and 4/5 star hotels.
 

Essential criteria:

• SIA License holder
• Strong customer service skills
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Happy working perm night shifts
• Happy undertaking front of house and switchboard duties.

Duties to include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
• Operation of the global company switchboard
• Manage access/egress control to the site
• Front of house duties
• Issuing passes to visitors and staff members
• Internal and external patrols
• Operation of CCTV and access control systems
• Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
• Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
• Respond to emergency situations
• Work as part of a customer focused team
