Customer Success Manager (Software/Technology)

Location: Home based / remote

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus


A growing software provider with offices globally are seeking a client focused Customer/Client Success Manager to join their team.

This role is focused on the retention and success of a portfolio of client accounts. You will work alongside technical teams to ensure a first-class client journey.



Your role will include:

  • Proactively contact clients to ensure they are getting as much value as possible from the system.
  • Plan and manage client upgrades and look to introduce new features.
  • Help clients with using the system optimally
  • Increase client satisfaction
  • Proactively work with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling
  • Work closely with the operations team to encourage service excellence
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues/calls
  • Work closely with the client on projects and business transformation programmes
  • Ensure that service delivery on the account reaches the highest standards by identifying any service failures
  • Provide reports on account performance to senior stakeholders



Applicants should have:

  • Experience managing B2B client accounts
  • A track record of delivering service excellence to client accounts and a strong understanding of customer success
  • Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders across a client account.
  • Experience delivering against client SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Experience delivering client projects such as system migrations etc.
