National Accounts Director

Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + bonus/commission plan

Location: Remote – Flexible across the UK

Do you have a strong network with large security systems integrators in the UK?

This is a tremendous opportunity to lead, develop and accelerate the national accounts sales performance at an innovative security technology business. This company manufactures a cutting-edge video surveillance system.

Due to large scale investment, they are now seeking an experienced industry professional to lead their National Accounts division. You will be a sales or national accounts specialist with a strong track record of winning business with large security systems integrators in the UK.

Experience required:

• Applicants must have a strong network across the major security systems integrators in the UK
• Target focused with a track record of generating new business or growing national accounts
• A strong understanding of video surveillance and security systems integration
• A consultative approach to customer engagement with a solution focused sales methodology
• A proven track record of exceeding personal and team revenue targets

Responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the growth of the national accounts division across the UK
• Growing key strategic relationships with large security systems integrators, installers.
• Driving demand across key end user clients
• Grow and develop key relationships across channel partners
• Formulation of sales strategies to increase revenue generation
• Deliver against annual sales and growth targets
• Implementation of a cohesive national account’s sales strategy
• Provide support to team members on complex customer projects
• Strategically develop new clients to maximise revenue opportunities
• Work closely with key client stakeholders
• Undertake regular client meetings to fully understand their business challenges and opportunities
