Retail Loss Prevention Officer
Salary: £19,000 – £24,000
Hours: Days only (5 days from 7 including weekends)
Location: London Colney

We are seeking customer focused Retail Loss Prevention Officers to join a leading high-street retailer. This is a permanent role and offers opportunity for long term career progression. You should have strong customer service skills and a passion for providing a safe and secure shopping environment for visitors and staff.

Your duties will include:

• Providing a customer focused security presence in the store
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
• Acting as a visual deterrent
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the store
• Regular patrols of the store
• Working closely with store associates and the Store Manager to deliver a positive customer experience
• Assist with the detection of internal theft in the store
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems
• Provide comprehensive incident reports when required
• Undertake staff searches when required
• Undertake tagging checks
