What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in solution sales within the UK electronic security market (CCTV, video surveillance, access control, etc.)
- Strong existing relationships with top-tier security systems integrators
- A consultative, strategic approach to business development and account management
- Deep understanding of IP video surveillance, security systems integration, and customer-centric sales cycles
- Ability to drive results in a target-driven environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow and manage national accounts – build strategic partnerships with major security systems integrators and installers across the UK
- Drive demand generation – influence key end users and drive specification and adoption of our solutions
- Channel development – nurture and expand relationships across distributors and channel partners
- Strategic sales planning – develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key vertical markets
- Achieve revenue targets – take ownership of your sales goals and deliver consistent performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to support client needs
- Client engagement – conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
