Security Officer (Front of House)
Location: Gloucester City Centre
Rate: £19.50 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week): 9am – 5pm. 

Do you hold a SIA Door Supervisor license?

Applicants should hold a SIA Door Supervisor license, have excellent customer service and communication skills. Prior security experience is essential. The role will see you working Monday to Saturday, 0900 – 1700.

The role will see you undertake front of house duties so you should be comfortable standing over the course of your shift.

Essential criteria:

• SIA Door Supervisor License holder
• Strong customer service skills
• Well presented with excellent communication skills
• Happy undertaking front of house duties which will involve standing for a large portion of your shift.

Duties to include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
• Manage access control to the site
• Conflict management
• Internal and external patrols
• Operation of security systems when required
• Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
• Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
• Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
• Respond to emergency situations
• Work as part of a customer focused team
