Security Supervisor / Operations Administrator
Salary: £30k (£13.73 per hour
Location: Central London

Shift pattern: perm day shifts – 4 on 4off: 0700-1900

Great opportunity for an ambitious security professional to supervise the delivery of security services to a portfolio of sites. You will be office based and responsible for co-ordinating the security service across the region.

Responsibilities will include:

• Rostering of Security Officers across sites
• General administration
• Ordering staff uniforms
• Taking calls from front-line staff
• Setting up meeting rooms
• Ensuring that shifts are covered at sites across London
• Respond to emergency situations on site
• Provide guidance to Security Officers on site
• Continually strive for service excellence
• Extend services and add value to the contract where possible.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• SIA licensed
• Strong admin skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong IT skills – Word Excel etc.
