The operations aspect of the role will see you dealing with post, couriers and deliveries, monitoring building contractors and keeping an eye on the presentation of the building, grounds and facilities You will deal with any issues that are within your remit and report where other specialists are needed to resolve problems or faults. You will effectively be the eyes and ears of the building, supporting the wider facilities management team to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.

As a minimum you will need to have a valid Security Industry Authority Door Supervisor Licence and ideally a CCTV License, although training for the CCTV can be provided. Experience of operating in a public facing, high profile environment is desirable. Good time keeping, personal resilience and the ability to learn procedures and follow instructions are key attributes for someone to be successful in this interesting and challenging role.  A positive, “can do” attitude is essential.

In return for your services, we offer industry leading terms and conditions, which includes a competitive salary starting of circa £33k pa for a 37.5 hour week, which includes some weekend working plus 30 days paid leave. Overtime opportunities may also be available, including on bank holidays, but are not guaranteed. We have 3 x 7.5 hour daytime shifts covering between 06:00 to 22:30hrs. Whilst you will be offered a certain shift between these hours, some flexibility will be required to meet operational requirements.
