Security Shift Manager (Nights and weekends)

Rate of pay: £15 per hour

Location: City of London (Farringdon)

Shift Pattern: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday nights (Thursday/Friday off), Sat/Sun days (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday off), Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Mon/Tues/Wed nights. Average of 54 hours per week.

A full UK driving license and SIA Door Supervisor license is required.

We are looking for a SIA Licenced security professional to provide support to site-based officers across a prestigious London estate. You will be responsible for a team of Security Officers, undertake site visits, conduct staff training and respond to incidents.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• SIA Door Supervisor License holder
• Full driving license (manual or automatic)
• Happy working nights and weekends

Duties will include:

• Supervise a team of Officers across your shift
• Meet with clients on a regular basis to ensure a first-class security service is delivered
• Providing a mobile security service across company sites in the area
• Carry out training, coaching and development of staff
• Driving to sites as directed by the control room
• Alarm response
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Conducting internal & external patrols of the premises
• Locking & unlocking company sites
• Key holding
• Completing incident reports
