Head of Operations (Security)

Salary: £80,000 – £85,000

Are you seeking a senior role within one of the industry’s fastest growing service providers?

A Top 25 provider of security services is looking to appoint a commercially astute Head of Operations to oversee the delivery of services to a client portfolio in excess of £30million.

We are seeking a senior level security professional with experience managing a region or security accounts, as a guide this should be more than circa £25million. You will be an exceptional people manager with a working knowledge of the London security market and experience influencing senior client stakeholders.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• A strong track record of operational management experience in the UK Manned Guarding sector working for a service provider
• Ideally you will have experience of managing corporate contracts in the London security market is preferred
• Experience of managing P&L
• A proven track record managing a portfolio of business in excess of £20million with a Top 25 UK security provider
• Experience managing and developing Account Managers, Contract Managers etc.
• Strong people management skills and the ability to provide a dynamic and customer focused security service
• A proven track record of building strategic client relationships

The role:

• You will be responsible for the management and direction of a London centric security portfolio.
• You will lead and develop a team of Account/Contract Managers playing an integral role in their personal and professional development.
• You will play a key role in influencing the growth and strategic direction of the business.
• You will oversee P&L for the London region.
• You will foster and develop relationships with key client stakeholder, ensuring a first-class service delivery
