Senior Analyst – Business Continuity, Risk & Crisis Management

Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: Circa £55,000

 

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Canary Wharf. If you are a talented Analyst with experience across business continuity, risk or crisis management we are keen to hear from you.

 

Your role will focus on the creation, maintenance and implementation of company wide business continuity and crisis management planning.

 

Responsibilities to include:

 

Business Continuity:

  • Assist in maintaining the company’s certification to ISO 22301.
  • Maintain plans and procedures and conduct training and testing.
  • Lead on the Business Impact Analysis programme.
  • Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to understand critical activities.
  • Conduct analysis of Business Impact Analysts data and present findings
  • Test continuity strategies, including the Business Recovery Site.

 

Crisis Management and Major Incident Planning:

  • The maintenance and testing of the Crisis Management Plan.
  • Conduct tests of the company mass-communication tool.
  • Assist in responding to a crisis communications event according to the Crisis Communication Plan.
  • Support the execution of the Major Incident, Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans in the event of a major incident.
  • Execute tasks associated with the design, implementation and organisation of the annual ‘Estate-wide’ crisis exercises to test incident response, communication and co-ordination of CWG and its tenants.
  • Deliver exercises to test other plans and procures, for example the Crisis Communications Plan and Business Continuity Plan.
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including emergency services, government agencies.

 

You will have:

 

  • Experience across the Business Continuity and/or Crisis Management sector.
  • Knowledge or experience of Business Continuity Management Systems.
  • Experience in incident response, training and exercising.
  • Ideally you will have experience in maintaining, producing, or implementing emergency and business continuity plans and initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • A passion for business continuity, crisis management and resilience.
